They say that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree
That’s pretty scary
Considering she’s already given birth to six
& the seventh is on the way
Four different fathers
& now a fifth
I’m not judging here
These are the facts
Baby making machine
Partying like she’s still a teen
No regard for the lives that she brings
Treats them like things
Uses them for her selfish needs
Mother only in name
Oh – What a shame
Single Mother of Six and Counting

A well written poem of a sad reality.

Thanks Kim. I just wish it wasn’t so real.

Quite sad indeed.

Where were HER parents? Which cracks did she slip through, that she would perpetuate an anscestral pattern? Shame on US for not picking up more of the slack for more of the lost and lonely and broken…

Hmmm…Good question!
Absent father & mother physically there with this “child” & others from different absent fathers too. A vicious cyle.

One of the things I am most proud of: not burdening our overpopulated planet with even more people.

This is a reality happening more each day! It’s a shame that they are brought up with better values and respect for themselves…and their children.

If anything – you would hope that they would see the light and/or change for the sake of the ones that they bring into the world.

Such a sad reality for so many
Mar 21, 2013 @ 13:16:39
It is. And – in the end – it’s the kids that are affected the most.
Mar 19, 2013 @ 14:22:05
Aye, I feel sorry for her kids…
Mar 21, 2013 @ 13:15:43
So do I Ruby. Hope the ugly cycle ends with her.

Shame, what a life….
Mar 21, 2013 @ 13:14:49
A big shame – especially when you know things could have been & be different.
Mar 19, 2013 @ 13:50:06
Sadly, it’s so common now!
Mar 21, 2013 @ 13:14:01
Sadly – it is
Mar 21, 2013 @ 13:15:42
