Oh me – Oh my!
This is a first for me. :)
I was happy as happy can be
that I caught the lovely monarch butterfly.
I noticed that there was a ladybug in the shot too.

I had to come check out your butterfly :). Just wonderful and the ladybug (I love ladybugs) would have been easy to miss, there in the grass, clever of you to catch it also in your beautiful photograph, RoSy. :) xo

Monarchs are amazing. My grandson just read a book to me about their migration. I enjoyed seeing your monarch today.

I am always thrilled when I can get a butterfly to hold still long enough to take a shot. Nice capture RoSy! :)

Morning Rosy. I loved this. Wouldn’t the butterfly and the ladybug make a cute children’s book? Hugs, Barbara

A super shot RoSy, one to be very proud of! I guess the trick is to lie in the grass and wait…?

      Thanks Ute! :)
Oh goodness – you should have seen how excited I was when I took the photo.
I looked at the viewfinder & it looked pretty good.
I was keeping my fingers crossed that the image was truly clear when I transferred it to my computer.

GOOD for YOU!!!! I have yet to catch a butterfly. I saw one today in a park, and I stood still, camera in hand, ready …. nope. She flew away. Darn it!!! But I am happy for YOU! Love, Amy
